The Constitution and Standing Rules

As Well As Other Documents Defining Conduct and Procedure

The Student Government of Truman State University has an extensive framework of rules and guidelines by which it conducts its governance of the student body. This is embodied in a Constitution and set of Standing Rules.

Over time, the body has seen the need to change these documents in order to adapt to changes in University structure and keep the bureaucracy running efficiently. The documents here are the current versions of the Constitution and Standing Rules by which the government adheres to.

NOTE: If you believe that any of the rules outlined in either of these documents have been violated, please contact the current Ethics Justice (whose information can be found on the Members page) as soon as possible.
