Extended Course
Descriptions: The goal is to get syllabi on the
internet and available to students while they’re
registering for classes to better inform the
decisions

Repeat Policy:
Our current policy combines the grade from retaken
class with that of the first grade. Academic affairs
is working to have the retaken grade stand alone on
transcripts

Student
Initiated Courses: We would like to provide the
opportunity for students to lead courses on subjects
they’re interested in and allow other students to
take them.

Applications for
Student
Representatives to Academic Departments are now
being accepted.

Mission:
The Academic Affairs committee strives to ensure the
continuance of the academic quality of Truman State
University from the perspective of the Student
Association.
